The Utah Pride Center Board of Directors is responsible for developing the Utah Pride Center’s vision and mission, establishing long term goals, raising funds, and assuring financial accountability. Board members are also being developed as leaders through their involvement in various community task forces and community coalitions.

Susan Ann Robbins (Sue) is a Telecommunications Professional with 33 years experience in Satellite Communications, Engineering, and Management. Sue is currently a Lead Test Engineer at L-3 Communications, providing both internal and external facing program support for the Manufacturing Test organization.

She previously worked at Scientific-Atlanta (now Cisco) as the Operations Manager over the technical training organization, Scientific-Atlanta Institute. As a proud veteran with 20 years of service in the US Army working in Satellite Communications, she completed her career managing training in the US Army Signal Corps’ largest schoolhouse. Sue has an Associates Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Sue identifies as a Transgender woman and also as an Intersex individual. Between her Army career and her father’s Navy career, Sue has called many places home; including Cuba, Guam, Germany, and Okinawa before settling in Riverdale, Utah in 2004. She enjoys spending her time with family and friends and participating in community social events. Mike is passionate about the development of Utah’s third sector, the nonprofit community, and has dedicated his professional life to understanding the theories and successful strategies that nonprofits utilize to strengthen their core and grow their impact. Mike is a non-profit strategist who offers a unique, 21st century perspective on strengthening mission-based organizations.  Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Utah and his master’s degree in Community Leadership (non-profit administration) from Westminster College. In 2015 Mike was recognized by Utah Business Magazine as one of the inaugural “20 in their 20’s” award recipients for his work within Utah’s business and nonprofit community! Mike is a proud, gay, Utah native who grew up in Davis County and moved to Salt Lake City in 2010. Mike is the son of Tracy McKissick Wiggill, a Utah native, and Ramon Aguilar, a first generation immigrant native of Guadalajara, Mexico. After earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah, Mona taught biological science for 5 years, developing curriculum and piloting new courses, and was named Teacher of the Year. She is a former President of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), serving the membership of over 5,000. Currently she and her business partner Kelly Favero work in the Real Estate industry and hold the honor of being recognized as the highest producing small team for Keller Williams Salt Lake. Winslow was born and raised in Utah.  He attended the University of Utah, where he developed an interest in business and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.  During his college years, Winslow discovered a passion for creativity while working for MAC Cosmetics.  Shortly after graduating, he landed a job at Oz Marketing, developing the digital advertising department.  In 2014, after only two years with the company, he was promoted to managing director.  He stepped into this position, which includes managing the entire staff, operations, and marketing campaigns – all while pursuing his MBA at Westminster College, which he received in 2015.

In 2015, Utah Business magazine recognized Winslow in its “20 in Their 20’s” program, which spotlights young up-and-coming members of Utah’s business world.  Winslow is also involved in sponsoring and raising money for many organizations in the LGBTQ community including the Utah Pride Center, QUAC, Pride Softball League, and the Utah AIDS Foundation.  He believes these organizations are fundamental to the strength of the community.  Winslow identifies as gay and lives in Centerville with his partner Rafael and their two adorable dogs.

Jessica has served on the board of another non-profit entity, the Wasatch Mountain Club Foundation, as its treasurer and is excited to bring what she’s learned in that capacity to the Utah Pride Center.  She completed a BS of accounting at the University of Utah in 2009 and a Masters of Accounting from that same institution in 2011.  Jessica identifies as a lesbian, and has now been with her partner for just shy of two years.  Together they have two adorable kittens, Toby and Lily.

She has volunteered with the National Alliance for Mental Illness since 2008 and is certified as a support group facilitator. Ariel also volunteered with Ogden OUTreach resource center in teaching at-risk homeless youth life skills. Her primary goal in life is to provide vulnerable populations with the information they need to be advocates for themselves through accessible programs and support systems. She is an active participant in suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and LGBTQ+ rights. Ariel identifies as a cisgender bisexual woman and embraces the polyamorous lifestyle with her husband Chris and their partner Bailey.
