The Utah Pride Center is seeking a proactive individual to take on the exciting and challenging role of leading our Mental Health Department
The Director of Mental Health will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Counseling Center and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the mental wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ Utahns. During the initial 6 to 9 months, this role will focus on recruitment, program development, and establishing cohesiveness throughout the department. Subsequently, the Director will take on a small caseload of 5 to 6 patients, contributing directly to our clinical services. The Director will also provide oversight and professional support to staff clinicians and interns, while collaborating closely with UPC staff members throughout the organization.
