Vision
We envision a Utah where LGBTQIA+ people thrive because they feel valued and affirmed
Mission
To unite, empower and celebrate Utah’s diverse LGBTQIA+ community by creating accessible and inclusive spaces, programs, and events
Our Values
UNITY
We foster a sense of belonging by bringing together people of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences. Unity means creating inclusive, respectful spaces, where diverse voices are heard and valued, while actively working alongside all LGBTQ+ organizations in Utah to strengthen our collective impact for the greater good of the community.
EMPOWERMENT
We champion the authentic expression of every LGBTQ+ individual. Empowerment is about supporting people to own their identities with confidence, access resources, and participate fully in society.
CELEBRATION
We recognize that joy and pride are vital acts of resilience and community-building. Celebration fuels our spirit and visibility, honoring the richness and diversity of queer culture and lived experience.
COLLABORATION
We actively seek partnerships and work collectively with organizations, allies, and community members. Collaboration strengthens our impact by sharing resources, knowledge, and energy toward common goals.
TRANSPARENCY
We commit to openness, honesty, and clear communication in all we do. Transparency builds trust and accountability with our community, stakeholders, and partners.
