SUMMARY:Dancing Through Dysphoria 18+
DESCRIPTION:Dancing Through Dysphoria\nMondays 6:00pm-7:00pm MT\, 18+\, $16.50 per class. \nThis first and foremost is a safe space for trans individuals. This is a dance class with the intention to explore finding fun and moments of euphoria in our bodies. This class will be collaboratively built by the students—you will get a say in our routines. \nWho is this class for?  \nThis class is intended for people who experience gender dysphoria\, but all are welcome.  \nWhat experience level is this class? \n No experience required. \nWhat will we achieve?  \nWe will learn movement concepts to build self-confidence\, self-worth\, and to build a relationship with your current body\, and make friends! \nWhat will we do?  \nWe will jump\, run\, dance\, be still\, breathe\, and take up space! \nWhat will I need?  \nJust some comfy clothes to move in! Potential for yoga mats and/or tennis balls.  \nAbout the Instructor \nI’m Arin Lynn (they/them) and I’m a nonbinary trans dance artist in Salt Lake City. Other than dance\, I fiercely believe in reading fantasy novels\, supporting small business\, and working to better my community. I want to let you know that I am experiencing dysphoria as well.
