Integration is the process of bringing all parts of our self together to a place where they can coexist within us.

A psychedelic experience is any experience that reveals one’s unconscious psyche and may or may not involve substances; it could be a strong dream, a revelation while watching a sunset, a significant experience in a ceremony, or many others.

These experiences often leave us at a loss for words.  In this circle, we will use our felt senses and intuitive creativity to explore the experience in mind, body, and soul.

Whether you’ve had a psychedelic experience that has left you speechless, or are curious about how altered states of consciousness can help us heal, this group will help you to discover what lurks in the unconscious beyond our words.

Join Sarah and Lindsay for guided meditation, group sharing, art, movement, music, and play!  All are welcome, whether experienced with psychedelics or not.  This group will provide a safe space for anyone curious about integration and is, first and foremost, an LGBTQIA+ safe space.
