Queer Spectra Arts Festival

May 25 @ 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Queer Spectra Arts Festival is a new event in Salt Lake City dedicated to showcasing art from multiple LGBTQIA+ perspectives. We aim to present a diverse array of voices, backgrounds, experiences, cultures, mediums, and artistic disciplines in order to celebrate queer artistic expressions. Our goal is to challenge and contribute to contemporary understanding of queer discourse while promoting a nuanced conversation between artists and audiences about queer identity and art.

Our inaugural festival will take place at Commonwealth Studios on May 25th, 2019 from 1PM to 10PM. Join us for a 2D and 3D art gallery, performances, installations, panel discussions, workshops, and more!

Our event is free to attend with a $10 suggested donation. Those who are unable to donate are welcome as well!

Here is our tentative event schedule:

1:00 pm Welcome & Opening Remarks – 2D and 3D Gallery Opens
