Survivors of Suicide Attempt (SOSA)
An eight-week support group will be held at least twice a year for LGBTQ survivors of suicide attempts. This group will provide support for up to 10 survivors of each cohort. Because previous attempts are the number one predictor of a suicide completion, this group will act as a suicide prevention strategy for the LGBTQ community by providing participants with support, information and coping skills. This group will be the first of it’s kind in the state of Utah, and the first attempt survivor group in the nation targeted to LGBTQ survivors.

1 to 5 Club
The 1 to 5 club is a support and social group for anyone identifying as bisexual, 1-5 or non-binary in their attraction. The name 1 to 5 comes from the Kinsey scale of 0-6, where 0 is exclusively heterosexual and 6 being exclusively homosexual.
The numbers between 1 and 5 indicate bisexuality as an umbrella term including pansexual, omnisexual, fluid and those not wishing to label themselves but still do not identify with as either 0 or 6.
