QUEER PROM YOUTH PRIDE MASQUEERADE

The purpose of these dances, open to ages 14-20, is to provide a safe space for youth to experience an alternative to traditional school dances where they may feel judged or isolated for simply expressing themselves. Queer Prom, held in April, and MasQueerade, held in December, mirror school formals, while Youth Pride is an outdoor dance party on the Pride Festival Grounds, acting as a kick o for Pride.

DROP IN

Drop in is a time for youth to access the space without attending an orientation. Our drop in space includes a kitchen and snacks, a mini-cyber center, TV and games, library, and an exchange closet and glam area. Drop in time for the 14-20 age group is from 3:00pm-5:00pm. Drop in time for the 10-14 age group is from 3:00pm-6:00pm.

HOMOCOMING QPID’S BALL

The purpose of these dances, open to ages 10-14, is to provide a safe space for youth to experience an alternative to traditional school dances where they may feel judged or isolated for simply expressing themselves.
