Our relationship with our bodies is often tender. The body is where we experience both the pleasures and the pains of life. We may, at times, feel deeply grateful for our bodies or we may feel anger towards our bodies. We may feel deeply connected and compassionate towards our bodies or we may feel disconnected and barely able to feel our bodies at all.
