We ask that you display the materials somewhere that is accessible for people to take items without having to ask for them in order to decrease any barriers to help-seeking. Materials consist of stickers, buttons, posters, magnets, postcards, and business cards that are printed with suicide prevention hotlines, resources, and hopeful messages.
These come with instruction packets for when and how to use them. Safe gun storage ensures that guns are inaccessible to individuals who may be at heightened risk for suicide. Having firearms safely stored puts time and distance between someone experiencing suicidal thoughts and a highly-lethal method.
