Please join us Monday, March 22 @ 6:30PM (mst)  for an amazing treat of culinary expertise and educational content on how covid has affected our Asian American community members. In this episode, Tobi will show us how to make Japchae (Glass Noodles).  as we discuss some of the issues and microaggressions they have experienced as an Asian American since the pandemic started over a year ago.  Tobi uses power point slides to show graphics and statistics on how the pandemic has caused a rise in racist rhetoric and violence against Asian people.
